On awarded events, we commit to educating our officers on event requirements – which includes, guest
greetings, ticket collection, door monitoring, screening, directions to venue, provide facilities knowledge
crowd control, monitor compliance with alcohol policies, hospitality, health and safety, location of fire exits, first aid, car parking control and working the barricaded areas.

Our traffic and parking controllers team manage the barricaded areas to assist in smooth traffic movement and directing of vehicles to permissible entry/exit point and parking areas.

Our events security officers will work closely with the event organizer to cover all aspects in safety and security, to ensure that diligent service and effective plans are in place prior to guest arrivals.

We provide you with easily recognizable uniformed staff, who are smart, interactive, polite, focused and highly trained, able to quickly and appropriately attend to any situation. We know that some events call for special staff, including an entire team of females or a mixed team of male and female.

There will be times when it is necessary for body searching or using tools such as metal detectors, we can provide and apply this service with minimum disruption, delays and interruption to daily operations.
